Length 2..75 miles round trip

Very nice Trikke ride through a beautifully wooded area winding by Crabtree Creek. Excellent for practice, and endurance building. Inside the beltline and near North Hills shopping center, this is a Raleigh jewel. Begin by parking at the Lassiter Mill and entering the Greenway across the street. Nice vegetation and views. Wide path, Not polished concrete but fairly smooth, trail. Ever so slight inclines on occasion but overall, a very peaceful ride. 

Cap City Trikkers will be having a group ride here on December 6, 2008.

Trikke Crash Road Rash

This has become a VERY popular video post on our YouTube channel. The Trikker who crashed is Lawrence M., a member of our Cap City Trikkers. He came down from Va. to join us on a ride and almost literally got carried away. Wow is he a fast rider! I was filming him coming, and I never imagined that he would run right into me! What you hear is a huge crash, but from other what spectators said, filming missed a phenomenal 3 foot long, head up  pavement body surf. Lawrence knows how to fall as safely as possible it seems. Stay safe folks. Always wear your helmet and safety gear!
